Shawna was very friendly as well as all the staff. She took the time to discuss local attractions and gave us list of places to eat and that deliver food. Also shared the Hilton Honors app and shared about the app. Great place to stay with easy access to interstate and casino.

The hotel was very clean and inviting with a helpful staff. The hall way smelled amazing and were very clean. The coffee in the morning was an extra bounce.

I really liked the family-friendly atmosphere . It was very clean and fresh when I walked into the lobby. The open setup of the hotel room. I loved that my name appeared on the TV when we entered the room.

Positives outweigh the one negative! Beautiful hotel. Comfortable bed, pillows. Spacious shower and bathroom. My kids loved the fact that the tv was on with a welcome message as we walked into our room.

Clean hotel and room. Nice breakfast to start your day. Good location, no issues with safety. Easy to get to all the sights we wanted to visit in Memphis and come back and relax.

I love the bed very comfortable, the shower excellent, the cleanness of the room excellent, the down stairs lobby excellent. My overall experience was an 10 all the way around. I would stay again. Thank you.

Snack bar 24/7 and a pool table in the lobby to keep you entertained! Breakfast was great! The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean! Great location for a short drive to Beale Street and VERY convenient to Southland Casino! My husband and I both agree we will be back!

We love Tru hotels. Always good great employees. Shawna R. was very accommodating she gives a 100% to the customers. Our room was perfectly clean and very comfortable. I can’t say we liked the breakfast. Other than that we’ll be back.
